HYBX Silver Level Up Membership Agreement and Loan Facility - $ALL 50 000-interest free advance.
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the individual or entity (“Member” or “You”) and HYBX, the Hyper-Barter Exchange (“HYBX” or “Exchange”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase of the Silver Level Up Membership Package and the accompanying interest-free advance of 50,000 ALL coin (“Loan Facility”). By purchasing the Silver Level Up Membership Package, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Membership Eligibility:
a) To purchase the Silver Level Up Membership Package, you must already be a member of HYBX and have an active account.
b) Membership upgrades to Silver Level are available for purchase.
Membership Privileges and Loan Facility: 50 000 $ALL Community Advance.
As a Silver Level member, you receive the following additional privileges and benefits:
a) 1-year free Ecommerce website hosting on HYBX’s platform.
b) 1-year free social media support for your business.
c) Automatic directory listing plus banners on all HYBX sites.
d) First priority access to delegator rewards.
e) Two free website upgrades throughout the year.
f) 50% discount on all services offered by HYBX marketplace on alltra smartchains ALLTRA World.
g) Access to the discounted Silver Rewards Program.
h) Interest-free advance of 50,000 ALL coin as a Loan Facility.
Loan Facility Usage and Repayment:
a) The Loan Facility can be utilized by the Member within the HYBX ecosystem.
b) The Member shall only be required to repay the portion of the Loan Facility that has been utilized in the event of membership cancellation or revocation.
c) Upon membership cancellation or revocation, the Member agrees to promptly repay the utilized portion of the Loan Facility to HYBX (Hyper-Barter Exchange community).
d) The utilized portion of the Loan Facility shall be calculated based on the actual ALL coin spent by the Member within the HYBX ecosystem.
Membership Obligations:
a) As a Silver Level member, you must continue to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the HYBX Membership Agreement.
b) You are responsible for paying the membership fees associated with the Silver Level Up Membership Package.
c) By purchasing the Silver Level Up Membership Package, you agree to the terms and conditions of both this Agreement and the HYBX Membership Agreement.
Termination:
a) HYBX reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Silver Level membership or the Loan Facility, without prior notice, in case of any violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws.
b) You may terminate your Silver Level membership at any time by providing written notice to HYBX.
Limitation of Liability:
a) HYBX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform or the ALL coin.
b) HYBX makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or the ALL coin.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
a) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
b) Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
